Q: What products do you sell?
We offer a curated selection of high-quality knives, including Damascus hunting knives, outdoor and utility knives, EDC (Everyday Carry) blades, collector pieces, and select personal care items. Each product is carefully selected for craftsmanship, performance, and durability.
Q: Are your knives legal to purchase and own?
Knife laws vary by country, province/state, and municipality in both Canada and the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product they purchase is legal to own, carry, or use in their location. Hill Metal does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for misuse or non-compliance with local laws.
Orders & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Canada and the United States. All orders are fulfilled directly by Hill Metal from our own locations.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch using express shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and carrier conditions.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Q: Are there customs or import fees?
For cross-border shipments between Canada and the U.S., orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns or refund requests within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Due to our competitive pricing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Product Use & Care
Q: How should I care for my knife?
Hand wash and dry your knife immediately after use. Do not place knives in a dishwasher. Store in a dry location and maintain sharpness using proper sharpening tools or professional services.
Q: Do you offer sharpening or repair services?
At this time, we do not offer sharpening or repair services. However, we provide care guidance and can recommend proper maintenance practices.
